"This was actually a first, for an insurance agency/ Statefarm to call a former customer and tell me that I can lower my current auto insurance by a very big amount. I had been cancelled by Statefarm for to many accidents that really weren’t even my fault. I was told by Reanna that I can come back and figured out what I would be saving, I was totally surprised. The amount was huge. Reanna was absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything from beginning to end. I didn’t have to do anything except cancel the insurance policy that I had at the time. Thank you for everything Reanna."
